The land­lord shall have a pledge of rights to the gues­t’s pro­per­ty brought in by the guest for his claims for accom­mo­da­ti­on and other ser­vices pro­vi­ded to the guest to satis­fy his needs, inclu­ding expen­ses. The pro­vi­si­ons of Sec­tion 562 (1) sen­tence 2 and Sec­tions 562a to 562d appli­ca­ble to the land­lor­d’s pledge of rights shall app­ly accor­din­gly.
