  1. con­fir­ma­ti­on from the cre­di­tor or the creditor’s att­or­ney that the civil-law requi­re­ments have been met and that the pledge has matu­red;

  2. infor­ma­ti­on on the cre­di­tor and the deb­tor;

  3. infor­ma­ti­on on the pled­ged assets or rights to be rea­li­zed.
