Public auc­tion of items brought into the pro­per­ty by the ten­ant or evic­tion deb­tor — in accordance with § 562 BGB land­lor­d’s lien, § 592 les­sor’s lien, § 885a ZPO limi­t­ed enforce­ment order. Lega­li­zed short-term cle­arance of blo­cked ren­tal pro­per­ties.

Maintenance/contractors

In accordance with Sec­tion 647 BGB, the con­trac­tor has a sta­tu­to­ry pledge of rights to the cus­to­mer’s items brought in or repai­red by him on account of his claims ari­sing from the con­tract if they came into his pos­ses­si­on during manu­fac­tu­re or for the pur­po­se of repair — typi­cal­ly in the case of machi­nes, vehic­les and com­pon­ents.

logi­stics indus­try

Freight for­war­ders, warehouse kee­pers, car­ri­ers and ship­pers are pri­vi­le­ged under the HGB and BGB. The legis­la­tor assigns them a right of lien and right of rea­liza­ti­on in accordance with §§ 464, 475b, 495, 440 HGB to the objects in their pos­ses­si­on from the deb­tor. The­se pled­ges of rights ari­se by law. Fast, legal­ly com­pli­ant rea­liza­ti­on — pre­vents lia­bi­li­ty risks for the logi­stics pro­vi­der.

Non-per­forming con­tracts regu­lar­ly have com­mer­cial cau­ses. The­r­e­fo­re, the com­mer­cial solu­ti­on is usual­ly the best opti­on.

due to divi­si­on

We con­vert tan­gi­ble assets into divi­si­ble money by public auc­tion — for a fair divi­si­on in the event of inhe­ri­tance dis­pu­tes or the dis­so­lu­ti­on of frac­tion­al or joint owner­ship. The pro­ceeds take the place of the asset (sur­ro­ga­ti­on in rem).
