In § 383 BGB (legal definition), this person is now named first as the only person authorized without restriction to conduct such proceedings. The BGB has been adapted to the requirements of today’s world and enables live online bidding via suitable digital platforms. This considerably expands the circle of potential buyers, creating new opportunities for higher proceeds from the sale. More and more entrepreneurs are using this option to secure receivables and successfully realize larger amounts in particular.
