We offer viable and legally compliant solutions at short notice for the enforcement of our clients’ receivables and claims due. As publicly appointed and sworn auctioneers and IfUS-certified reorganization and restructuring consultants, we have helped hundreds of clients to efficiently realize their due claims — in some cases worth millions — in over fifteen years.
We concentrate on the traditional task of the publicly appointed sworn auctioneer, in particular on the execution of public lien auctions. Our clients benefit from our many years of experience and the extensive knowledge we have acquired in this field.

Our competent and experienced team, continuous improvement processes and AI-optimized workflows enable efficient and legally compliant processing in all phases of the procedure.
Our expertise
As generally publicly appointed, sworn auctioneers, we are entrusted with the task of carrying out the sovereign act of lien realization and are therefore part of the administration of justice. Based on our special know-how in legally compliant processing and many years of experience, the realization of liens by us is a tried and tested procedure. Our commercial expertise in generating suitable prospective buyers — both nationally and internationally — and our existing contacts with venture capitalists enable us to achieve the highest auction proceeds. The existing set of contracts for rapid adaptation to the respective requirements, the technically proven infrastructure for legally compliant online live auctions with live stream, optimized auction designs taking into account tax aspects of share deals and our network of highly specialized lawyers and tax consultants ensure optimal implementation of the process. The business owners have been certified as reorganization & restructuring consultants by the IFUS Institute, Heidelberg, since 2021.
