in accordance with § 233 BGB Depo­sit of money and secu­ri­ties

Accor­ding to Sec­tion 233 of the Ger­man Civil Code (BGB), the effect of the depo­sit is that the bene­fi­ci­a­ry acqui­res a pledge of rights to the depo­si­ted money or secu­ri­ties, and if the money or secu­ri­ties beco­me the pro­per­ty of the tax office or the insti­tu­ti­on desi­gna­ted as the depo­si­to­ry, a pledge of rights to the claims for resti­tu­ti­on. In this case, we rea­li­ze non-lis­ted secu­ri­ties by public auc­tion.
